Cash uplift offered to homebuyers in Maghull

Countryside Homes, part of Vistry, is now offering a financial boost on homes at Eastbrook Village

An unbeatable incentive package covering stamp duty and savings worth thousands is now available across Eastbrook Village in Maghull.*

While Countryside Homes has been offering to pay buyers' stamp duty since the new year, it is now providing a financial boost of up to 5% and offering complimentary extras on selected homes, resulting in savings of up to £16k.

The new package aims to help homebuyers with varying budgets secure their dream home amidst a challenging market. Buyers can use the offers flexibly across the development, depending on the house type they are most interested in.
