References to “we”, “us” or “our” are to the part of the Vistry Group (including Linden Homes, Bovis Homes, Countryside Homes or one of Vistry’s joint venture companies) from which a buyer referred by you is intending to purchase a new home. References to "you” and “your” are to the individual claiming this offer and who refers a potential buyer to us. You do not need to purchase a new home from us to qualify for this offer. This voucher entitles you as the named referrer to £2,000, which will be paid to you by bank transfer once your friend or family member who you refer to us as a potential buyer has legally completed on their qualifying new home purchase from us. You must have a bank account to claim this offer. Offer applies to the sale and purchase of selected new homes only and does not apply to all our new homes or developments. If the individual you refer to us does not purchase a qualifying home from us you will not qualify for this offer. They must also legally complete on their purchase of a qualifying home from us within 2 years of you referring them to us for you to qualify for the offer. Recommendations of referrals by you to us of potential buyers of new homes from us must be identified on their first visit to the sales office on a development of ours. You can only claim this offer by completing an “introduce a friend” voucher. At the time of obtaining the “introduce a friend voucher” you must provide us with the full name and contact details for the individual(s) you wish to refer to us plus your full name and bank details. One “introduce a friend voucher” will be provided for each individual you refer to us. Only one “introduce a friend voucher” may be redeemed per purchase of a qualifying new home from us by any individuals referred by you and this includes where two or more individuals referred by you are joint buyers of a qualifying new home from us. However, if for example two different individuals referred by you each purchase qualifying homes from us then you will be paid the £2,000 twice, once for each qualifying new home purchased from us. If the same individual referred by you purchases two or more qualifying new homes from us then only one payment of £2,000 applies, which would be on the first qualifying home they purchase. The individual referred to us by you must not already be on our database to qualify for this offer.
