The Deposit Unlock scheme is designed to help you buy a new build house or apartment from Countryside Homes with just a 5% deposit. Here's how the process works:
1. Choose a new build home you'd like to purchase from Countryside Homes and then speak with one of our Sales Consultants about using the scheme – it doesn't matter if you're a first-time buyer or an existing homeowner.
2. We'll introduce you to a specialist New Build Mortgage Advisor who'll help you begin your Deposit Unlock mortgage application, ensuring you receive the support you need.
3. When you're ready to reserve your new build home, our Sales Consultants will provide a Confirmation Letter so you can apply to a participating lender for a Deposit Unlock mortgage.

Deposit Unlock is available on our selected new build homes only, subject to contract and eligibility criteria. Deposit Unlock is available on selected plots up to a maximum value of £750,000 and is subject to lender participation, contract and status. Rates and maximum purchase price vary via lender. Following withdrawal or termination of any offer, we reserve the right to extend, reintroduce or amend any such offer as we see fit at any time. A minimum 5% customer deposit is required. The product is backed by a mortgage indemnity insurance to which we make a financial contribution. The insurance covers the lender in the event of a loss as a result of repossession.
