Conveniently located, Isleport Grove is just west of the M5 and less than a mile from Highbridge and Burnham railway station, offering fantastic access to Bristol, Taunton and Exeter.

What's more, all our new homes come with a peace of mind ten year warranty and a high specification as standard, so depending on the stage of build, you'll have the chance to personalise your home just as you wish.

Why buy one of our new build homes in Highbridge?

Greener design

Did you know our homes are 27% more energy efficient than the national average* and 56% more energy efficient compared to a Victorian property? It's thanks to A-rated boilers, low-energy LED lighting, smart thermostats and our commitment to only installing appliances with high-efficiency ratings.

We take steps during the design and build process to ensure that you'll be getting a greener, more energy-efficient home in a thriving development that benefits both the environment and your bank account.

*Average Countryside SAP is 84.2 compared to the national average in England, which is 66 according to the English Housing Survey

Saves you money

With energy costs on the rise, there’s no better time to buy a home where energy-saving features are included as standard.

According to the Home Builders Federation, owners of a new build home save on average over £2,000* on household bills each year, with the average annual running costs totalling £1,500. This is compared to an average of £3,570 for older properties. Those who buy a new build house specifically see even greater annual savings of £2,600.

*Refers to an average for all types of new build properties

Keeps you cosy

It might not seem like a big deal, but, unlike older properties, our homes come with high-efficiency double glazing as standard. These windows let in plenty of light and minimise heat loss.

Additional roof insulation and increased wall thickness are among the other unseen features that will help reduce the costs of keeping your home warm in the winter months, while also keeping you cool in the summer.

Reducing water usage

Our kitchens and bathrooms incorporate water-saving measures, but that doesn't mean you'll be compromising on style or functionality.

These features mean our homes use 20% less water than the UK average , with clear cost savings for our homeowners* . Our taps and showers use aerated technology to provide the feeling of a strong flow while using less water. Plus, our dual low-flush toilets use the minimum amount of water to ensure less waste.

Better air quality = better health

Air quality plays a vital role in our health, which is why we install a Positive Input Ventilation system in all our homes. This clever system takes fresh air from outside and filters out any pollen or impurities, regulates the humidity, and circulates the clean air throughout your home.

About the local area

Our new housing development is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Highbridge in Somerset.

You'll find all the essentials in the town centre, including independent pubs, boutique high-street retailers and a good selection of supermarkets – Aldi and Asda are less than a five-minute drive away. If that wasn't enough, nearby Bridgwater boasts a bustling high street, shopping centres and a retail park too.

Burnham-on-Sea beach, the Brue and Huntspill rivers, and Apex Leisure and Wildlife Park are also just a short drive away. Highbridge is a fantastic location for those who love immersing themselves in the great outdoors. But there's plenty for city slickers too. Just a 45-minute drive away (or a 40-minute train ride) is the quirky city of Bristol. Cast your eyes on the works of Banksy or shop until you drop on the charming high street or St Nicholas market.

Travel

The inclusion of 'bridge' in the name of Highbridge was derived from the many water and rail connections offered to the town. It's therefore no surprise that it has excellent transport links. Our new builds in Isleport Grove are well-connected due to the proximity to the M5 Junction 22 interchange, where you can travel north to Birmingham or south to Exeter. You can also easily reach some of the UK's most popular holiday destinations, including Devon and Cornwall. There are regular bus links too, with the 21, 21A and 625 stopping at Taunton, Monkton Heathfield, North Petherton, Bridgwater, Dunball, Pawlett and Huntspill.

For those who prefer to travel by rail, less than a mile away is the train station with regular links to Bristol, Taunton and Cardiff. From Bristol, you can also hop on a train to London Paddington and reach the capital in approximately two and a half hours.

For business trips or family holidays, our new build houses are just 18 miles from Bristol Airport.

Schools and Education

There’s a fantastic selection of ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated schools in the local area, both at primary and secondary levels. Just 0.6 miles away from our new houses for sale at Isleport Grove you'll find Churchfield School for pupils of primary age. There's also the King Alfred School – an Academy for secondary pupils located 0.9 miles away.

Key highlights of the local area:

• Highbridge & Burnham Station: 0.5 miles

• Apex Leisure & Wildlife Park: 1.2 miles
