The show homes at Calico Grove in Rochdale have officially opened and they’re ready and waiting for you to come in and explore.

You’ll find two of our most popular house types, styled from top to bottom, to help you imagine what your life could be like there - all you have to do is put yourself and your loved ones in the picture!

The Ashop

The Ashop is a stunning 3 bed detached home, designed for all the family.

From the moment you step through the front door, you’ll feel like you’re in a place that exudes warmth and luxury.

And that is just the beginning…

As you walk through the hallway and go past the separate living room, you’ll come to the open plan statement kitchen and family living / dining area.

This light filled room features skylights and French doors out into the garden, and is very much the heart of the home.

The Dunham

The Dunham is another spacious, detached family home with 4 bedrooms.

This house type also boasts our much-loved kitchen / diner space, with direct access to the garden.

The piece de resistance, however, is the top floor master bedroom, with huge skylight windows and a luxury ensuite bathroom.
