Greenwich Millennium Village wins Gold at the WhatHouse? Awards 2023

We are delighted to share that our joint venture scheme with Taylor Wimpey Central London and Greater London Authority, Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV), has won the award for the Best Regeneration Scheme at this year’s WhatHouse? Awards. 

These highly regarded awards celebrate excellence and innovation within the housebuilding industry, recognising enterprising, customer-focused housebuilders and housing associations, who work alongside an equally innovative supply chain to produce top-quality housing.

The judges commented: “Regeneration is a complex and difficult process, and not for those who only think in the short-term, but Greenwich Millenium Village illustrates that, when done well, it can be a triumph.”
