First homes on sale at Coopers Hill in Bracknell as new show home opens

The Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership between Countryside Partnerships and Bracknell Forest Council has officially launched the first homes for sale at Coopers Hill, the brand-new development offering high-quality, sustainable new homes in the heart of Bracknell in Berkshire.

The marketing suite and two-bedroom show home have now been unveiled and are open for viewings. Designed by award-winning interior design studio Dapa Atelier, the show house is a vibrant, welcoming and trend-driven home, reflecting the regeneration of Bracknell over the last few years and showcasing products made in the local area.

A collection of two and three-bedroom houses at Coopers Hill are now available for private sale through Countryside Homes, all of which have been thoughtfully designed to provide versatile living space and modern comforts. Every home benefits from a high specification as standard, meaning flooring, carpets and integrated appliances are included at no extra cost, as well as a garden, parking and en-suite bathrooms.

Coopers Hill offers residents a friendly, established feel, with neat landscaping and safe pathways connecting the homes and surrounding areas.
