Gemma Hardy becomes Managing Director of Merseyside & Cheshire West, having served as Sales Director since 2021.
With more than 20 years of residential sales experience, she will be leading the integration of the region following Vistry Group’s acquisition of Countryside last year. At the same time, she will be working closely with the neighbouring Manchester & Cheshire East region, maximising opportunities across the North West.
Meanwhile, Adam Sharpe has been promoted to Managing Director of South West Midlands. He joined what was originally Galliford Try Partnerships in 2018, progressing through the Land and Preconstruction department, where he most recently served as Preconstruction Director.
He will be seeking to build on the impressive growth of the South West Midlands business, continuing to deliver mixed-tenure housing developments in partnership with housing associations and local authorities, as well as providing homes for open market sale.

Adam said: “I’m extremely proud to be taking the reins for South West Midlands. I’m fortunate to be inheriting a great team and look forward to continuing to grow the business, whilst developing our teams. My focus is firmly on ensuring a positive experience for our employees, customers and partners.”
