After falling in love with the area, they chose to put down roots at Countryside’s Siskin Park development. The couple had always dreamt of purchasing a detached home and decided that the three bedroom Blyth home was the one for them.
David and Lynne said: “We chose the Blyth because it is perfect for us as a retired couple, and for our grandchildren who regularly stop over. The house design is simply amazing, particularly the family room which has great lighting thanks to velux windows. We were also impressed with the size of both shower cubicles in our ensuite and the family bathroom.”
Commenting on the location of their home, the couple added: “We love Siskin Park, it's a beautiful area and we like the locality of it. Being near to a motorway network means we have access to plenty of shopping centres, including Dalton Park in Murton. We can also be at the seaside resort of Seaton Carew within fifteen minutes which is another bonus!”
The couple were also pleased with the service they received and the incentives available to them, adding: “The house came with a flooring package, which saved us a lot of money, and finished the design of the home off perfectly.
